The Band
Lead Singer
With decades of live performance and songwriting experience, Rick is a veteran of the underground and independent music scenes. Whether writing from scratch, stepping behind the drums, or fronting a band with guitar in hand, Rick brings high energy, experiences and authenticity to every stage he steps on.
Rick’s musical journey has taken him across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico on multiple tours, both as a signed artist and an independent force. He’s been a core member of numerous original and tribute acts, including Guilt Trip, Malignace, Vital Remains, Atomic Season, Mother of Dylan, A Dying Breed, Paranoid Android (Radiohead tribute), Malice in Chains (Alice in Chains tribute), and most recently, Midnight Metaphor
Guitar
Started out in the Boston Hardcore scene in Product of Waste, Gary's also played with Colin of Arabia and many others and has toured with some of the biggest bands. He enjoys the freedom of playing covers in Midnight Metaphor! "The energy of our live performances becomes an unforgettable night!"
Drums
Self Taught Drummer with 25 years experience. With Pop Punk, hardcore/punk, reggae, Hip Hop roots. Playing drums has taken me places I thought I’d never be. I’ve met some of my best friends playing music. Drums are my way of escape from the routine of everyday life. My drumming career might not last but Wu-Tang is forever
BasS & Backing Vox
Holding down the bass for Midnight Metaphor, Josh approaches his role with a commitment to supporting the band's overall sound.
A veteran of numerous Providence-area bands, Josh brings over two decades of experience in both covers and original acts. In addition to Midnight Metaphor, you’ll also find him bringing the low end on bass for Malice In Chains, an Alice In Chains tribute band.
